Kate Shoger graduated from The Ohio State University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and went on to complete an Orthopedic Residency through Emory University. She has an extensive background in Orthopedics, with advanced training in treatment of the spine and TMJ. Motivated by her own pregnancy and postpartum experiences, she also has advanced training in pelvic health conditions and is a pregnancy/postpartum corrective exercise specialist.

Kate loves to work together with clients to get to the root cause of their concerns, come up with a collaborative game plan to address those concerns, and get clients back to living their full lives as efficiently as possible.

She currently lives in Cleveland Heights with her husband, two young daughters, and elder rescue pup. Kate enjoys neighborhood walks and hiking outdoors, practicing yoga, and strength training. Her love language is quality time with family and friends, added bonus if good food is involved. She looks forward to getting to know you too!
